Expert teams for AI data and evaluation.

Domain experts, technical teams, and datasets for AI companies and startups, across software, hardware, robotics, language, science, and more. Staff your team, hand us the whole program, or buy the data directly.

Experts in every domain AI is learning.

Each program is staffed by people who do this work professionally, matched to your task, tools, and standard.

  1. Software engineering

Coding agents, repositories, terminal tasks, and code review.

  2. Robotics and physical AI

Demonstrations, teleoperation, and sensor capture across factories, sites, and warehouses.

  3. Hardware and electronics

Circuit design, firmware, embedded systems, and verification.

  4. Languages and linguistics

Multilingual text, translation, speech, and localization.

  5. Mathematics and science

Proofs, quantitative reasoning, and physics, chemistry, and biology.

  6. Professional domains

Finance, law, medicine, and other expert fields where judgment matters.

Three ways to work with us.

Every engagement starts from a defined standard of acceptance, whichever model you choose.

01

Experts and teams

Add vetted domain experts, or a complete technical team, to your program. They work in your tools and workflows, calibrated and reviewed by Applied Work.

Datasets

Buy the data directly. Companies and startups can request datasets in any of our domains, scoped with you and delivered with their evidence.

Expert operations, built around software.

Every unit remains traceable from specification to acceptance, whoever does the work.

One system from task to acceptance.

Specialists, environments, and review run inside the same traceable workflow, so every decision can be found later.

Workflow

Software keeps tasks, environments, evaluation state, and evidence structured and traceable.

Specialists

Domain experts are assessed, matched, and calibrated for the tools, security boundary, and program standard.

Delivery

Production, independent review, and release follow acceptance criteria defined in advance.

From specification to accepted delivery.

Technical specialists, independent review, and traceable systems deliver against defined acceptance criteria.

Evidence is part of the delivery.

Acceptance is defined before production begins, and the evidence record travels with every delivery.

Each unit ships with the task, environment, and dependencies it was validated against, pinned to a version.

The accepted answer or behavior is defined before production, so review works against a fixed standard.

Clean replays, attempts, and adversarial cases are recorded, including the ones that failed.

Reviewer decisions and every revision stay attached to the unit they changed.

Questions, answered clearly.

What does Applied Work do?

We provide domain experts and technical teams for AI data and evaluation, run complete programs end to end, and sell datasets directly to companies and startups. Work covers technical tasks, agent environments, expert evaluations, post-training data, and physical-world data.

Which domains do you cover?

Most of our work is in software engineering, robotics and physical AI, hardware and electronics, languages, mathematics and science, and professional fields such as finance, law, and medicine. If your domain is not listed, we assemble a team around the task.

Can we buy datasets directly?

Yes. Companies and startups can buy datasets from us directly. Tell us the domain, format, volume, and timeline you need, and we will scope the dataset with you before any work begins.

Can you provide experts rather than a full program?

Yes. We can place individual domain experts or a complete technical team inside your workflow, or own the entire program end to end. Many engagements start with one and grow into the other.

How does an engagement begin?

We begin with a focused pilot that represents the technical difficulty, operating constraints, and acceptance standard of the larger program.

How is work accepted?

Acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Each delivery includes the evidence needed to reproduce checks, review decisions, and revisions.

How is review kept independent?

Authorship, independent review, and final acceptance are separated. A reviewer who did not author the work evaluates the evidence before release.

Can you support robotics and physical-world data?

Yes. Through our international partner network, we can coordinate authorized programs across construction sites, factories, warehouses, and other operational environments. Each program defines the target behavior, operator requirements, sensor plan, participant rights, safety controls, metadata, and acceptance criteria before collection begins.

Start with a focused pilot.

Bring a task specification, evaluation problem, dataset need, or representative workflow. We will define the scope, acceptance criteria, and evidence needed to decide what comes next.
